The Mono-swap diet

Goal: to lose weight or live healthier

Be aware: this is only the goal of this diet, not necessarily its outcome. Results vary from person to person. Consult your doctor or dietician before starting this (or any other) diet.

The Mono-swap diet

The mono swap diet is a simple diet and is very similar to the mono-elimination diet. The idea is that you take one unhealthy product out of your diet and replace it with a healthy product.

You can compare this diet with other diets on the homepage.

A swap diet

A swap diet is a diet where you swap products. An example of a swap diet is the Superfood Swap diet, where you replace as many unhealthy products from your diet as possible with so-called 'superfoods'. In the mono swap diet this concept is limited to one product.

Examples of products you can swap

Products that you can swap (exchange for a healthy product) are snacks. Think of crisps, biscuits and sweets. You can exchange them for carrots or pieces of cucumber, for example.

Be aware

Consult your doctor or dietician before starting this (or any) diet.
