What is the purpose of

The purpose of the website is:

  • Help visitors to compare diets
  • Help visitors to find the information on diets they are looking for

How are diet pages created?

Information about diets and diet books is collected or received via the public 'add diet' page. The diet is described and formatted as objective (neutral) as possible. The texts on the website are regularly adjusted and improved. Feedback from visitors on content and structure of the texts is very welcome. Please contact us via the contact form.


Anyone can post a review on the website. This allows you to share your experience with the diet or give your opinion on it. 

It is difficult for to check whether reviews are based on real experiences. Nevertheless, the reviews are checked and, if necessary, removed, e.g. in the case of offensive or defamatory content.

Reviews of dietitians

In order to provide visitors with reliable reviews, asked various dietitians to post reviews. These reviews are easy to recognise as they are labelled 'dietician' and the reaction has a distinguishing colour. Read more about the dietitians under the heading 'dietitians'.
