The Broccoli diet

Goal: to lose weight

Be aware: this is only the goal of this diet, not necessarily its outcome. Results vary from person to person. Consult your doctor or dietician before starting this (or any other) diet.

The Broccoli diet

There are two versions of the Broccoli diet. In both variants you eat a lot of broccoli during the day.

On the homepage you can compare this diet with other diets.

A 5-day and a 10-day version

There is a 5-day version and a 10-day version of the diet. These versions differ (besides the number of days) in when you eat broccoli and what you eat besides broccoli.

Both versions give full details of what you can eat and when.
