The E-power programme

Goal: to lose weight, detox, get fit or reduce physical complaints

Be aware: this is only the goal of this diet, not necessarily its outcome. Results vary from person to person. Consult your doctor or dietician before starting this (or any other) diet.

E-power programme

The E-power programme is said not to a lifestyle, not a diet. The programme lasts 120 days and includes a detox phase. The goal is to reach your desired weight, to become fitter or to reduce physical complaints.

Notably, this is a Dutch programme.

On the homepage you can compare the E-power programme with different diets.

Online programme of 120 days

E-power consists of 4 phases which, together, last 30 days. You repeat these 4 phases 4 times, so the programme lasts a total of 120 days. The idea is that you develop a healthy lifestyle during this period.

Lose weight, get fit, reduce physical complaints or detox

The programme is not necessarily aimed at losing weight. The diet is also meant for people that want to become fitter, want to 'detox' or want to reduce physical complaints.

The four phases of the programme

The first phase is the preparation phase in which you prepare your body for the detox by eating healthy food. This is followed by the detox phase itself, which lasts 3 days. In this phase, you eat only vegetables (unlimited), fruits and beans.

In the third and fourth phase, products are reintroduced into your diet. Proteins are added in the third phase. You reintroduce chicken, eggs, dairy products and nuts, among other things. In the final phase, more products with slow carbohydrates are reintroduced.

Home cooking & food supplements

An important part of the programme is that prepare the food yourself. Here, you will cook with 'pure foods'. No more cooking from pouches or ordering food, but preparing your own unprocessed foods.

The programme also looks at how to deal with less healthy foods that you might encounter at a party in the weekend, for example.

Besides healthy food, various food supplements are used. This is in contrast to the advise not to use processed products.

Online nutrition coach

During the programme an online nutrition coach will guide you. You will also receive several E-books. Whether it is possible to get guidance in English is unclear.

Whole family

You can follow the E-Power programme alone, but also with the whole family. This can be useful, for example when cooking: you don't have to cook a separate meal for yourself, but you cook one meal for the whole family.

Be aware
