Products

The Skinny-Bitch diet is a vegan diet. You do not eat or drink many products: no meat, fish and no animal products, such as dairy products and eggs. You also don't drink soft drinks or coffee.

You do eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, soya products, whole grain products and products with fibre. Rory and Kim say that by eating vegan, you lose weight because you don't ingest many ‘bad’ nutrients.

Be aware

Consult your doctor or dietician before starting this (or any) diet. The Skinny-bitch diet is a tough diet and not suitable for everyone.

When following this diet, do make sure you get all the essential nutrients.

Dietician

Too bad about the name of this diet, but this diet has quite a reasonable basis, namely a vegan basis. A vegan diet fits into a sustainable diet. Make sure that your diet is complete. It is easy to get nutritional deficiencies in a vegan diet. Make sure you have enough protein, iron, vitamins B1, B2, vitamin B12 and calcium in your diet. If necessary, ask for guidance from a dietician to get to a complete diet.
