Goal: to lose 4 kg in 3 days

Be aware: this is only the goal of this diet, not necessarily its outcome. Results vary from person to person. Consult your doctor or dietician before starting this (or any other) diet.

3-Day Diet Plan

The 3-Day Diet Plan is a 3-day crash diet with the goal of losing 4 kilos. If you follow this diet, you eat very little (about 1000 calories a day) for 3 days and follow prescribed menus. After the diet you have to eat normally for at least 4-5 days before potentially repeating the diet.

On the homepage you can compare this diet with other diets.

Tips

With this diet it is advised (by the inventors) to drink enough water, eat slowly, sleep enough and eat enough fibre during the diet. The diet also advises to potentially take psyllium husk supplements to help you feel full and stick to the diet.

Be aware

Consult your doctor or dietician before starting this (or any) diet. It should be kept in mind that the 3-day diet is a heavy diet. You eat very little during the 3 days.

I doubt you will lose 4 kg in 3 days. Also, the product selection is very odd. The amount of vegetables is very low to eat a bowl of ice cream afterwards. I would rather recommend having some healthy carbs with the hot meal. And the psyllium preparations are meant for people with intestinal problems, not to create a feeling of fullness.

4 kg in 3 days is not doable, what you lose is fluid and not fat, this will be back in no time.
