The three steps of the Apple Egg diet

The Apple Egg Diet consists of three different steps. The first step is to follow the Apple Egg Diet for 5 days. You will receive detailed menus for these 5 days. Examples of the menus are not to be found, but they definitely contain eggs (without egg yolk) and apples.

The second step is to analyse the result of the 5 days of following the Apple Egg Diet. Based on this analysis, a personal plan is made in the 3rd step.

Exercising during the Apple Egg diet

You do not have to do any sports while following the diet.

Other diets with apples and/or eggs.

Diets with similar names to the Apple Egg diet are the Egg diet and the Apple diet. In Dutch, the diet is often confused with the Piece of Cake method, as the Dutch name for this diet is 'Appeltje Eitje', a name that could be translated to 'little apple, little egg'

Promise is debt. That is completely true of this diet. It is impossible to lose 5-10 kg in 5 days. Maximum achievable is 2-3 kg in a week and then only the first week. That's only fluid loss. Fat loss always comes afterwards. It sounds like a 'quick fix' however d 5-10 kg in 5 days is unachievable because it is impossible for the body. Not even if you were to fast completely for 5 days. Eggs are superfoods because of their high nutritional density but only if you eat the egg yolk as well. What the 5-day elaborate menus look like is unknown. But eating only apples and the egg white of eggs definitely does not give a full-fledged diet. You are not allowed to exercise, so the risk of muscle breakdown also lurks. Therefore, it does not sound like a lifestyle change which is always preferred.
